My government class got into a few
best thing ever
"why don't we push antarctica, over somewhere colder?!" (chaos ensues)
@affiniteas what were they arguing about?
@Professor Brainiac the convo went from veganism to an omnivore diet. the omnivore won and i'm not being biased...the vegan kept saying "how would you feel if" and calling the omnivore an idiot and a moron while the omnivore was spitting out facts faster than ben shapiro and then 10 minutes later it was video games and feminism (ew feminism).
hey if humans cant have an omnivore diet then, all other animals in the animal kingdom, say bye if you have an omnivore or carnivorous diet. WE ARE FEEDING YOU SOY. YOU KNOW, THE STUFF PLANTS CRAVE!, IT MAKES YA BONES STRONG
oh, and the vegan got so triggered that she left right in the middle of class so she didn't even stick around to hear the video game debate.
omnivores ftw! I don't think I could ever go vegan.
and yeah... it doesn't look too good for you if you leave in the middle of a debate because you're losing
i would never go vegan as well.
so much for "having an open mind."
we all know how close-minded people can be...
@affiniteas you ruined it
TBH, its crazy what you can do with vegan foods, and its relatively simple to make. The craziest vegan food i had was tofu chicken nuggets, and they tasted EXACTLY like chicken nuggets, not even lying, taste 10/10. And tofu breakfast sausages, taste better than the actual sausages.
But I could never go vegan. Its hard to get fibers, proteins, and vitamins from many many different plants and fruits.
I'm too Picky of an eater to consider going vegan
I try everything once unless its a weird delicacy, and fried butter.
i had tofu once and it was the most disgusting thing i'd ever tasted. i also tried buffalo cauliflower "wings" because vegans swear it tastes like chicken and now i'm wondering just how screwed up their taste buds are to think cauliflower taste anything like chicken even if you drown the cauliflower in sauce.
i'll stick to my mediterranean diet.
and like @Miniapollo17 i'm also a picky eater.
but also like @Prof. Flapjack said, it's hard to get certain fibers, proteins, and vitamins from fruits and vegetables alone.
I feel like if one has to supplement because their diet doesn’t supply important nutrients (like b12 which comes from animal products), their diet is not what I would consider “healthy."
If you make tofu into a dry mush and form it and put the same seasonings as you would into a chicken nugget, you would be surprised.
yeah, I'm too picky to go vegan
you can say all you want how good fake chicken is, but nothing beats real chicken.
there are some nutrients that can only be found in animal products. You can supplement all you want, but I'm getting my nutrients the way it was originally intended (kind of)
