    Undecided from me
A holly 50 will likely know what they're doing rather then a caller 1.
    But
The possibility that they have a another toon already maxxed.
I invite people based on gags lol

I look at gags more often than suit level. Personally, I think firepower and how well you can contribute to the team is more important than the suit. Most of the time, a Hollywood will know what to do, but I've seen some Hollywoods with below average gags for their suit level (ex: highest gag being level 5 or 6) who have little to no idea how to use them. I would say laff isn't as important, but it's nice to be able to tank a few hits. However, I would still take 60-ish laff toon with all six gags maxed (if not all maxed, at least have some maxed or be close to it) than a toon with the same laff who has level 5 gags.

No I don't; I just look at laff points and high level gags. I also look to see if the toon has toon-up or not.

May I ask why toon-up? Do you discriminate if they don't have it?

Back in TTO, I did. I wanted at least 2 people out of the 8 members in my boarding group for the VP to have it. I don't discriminate. It was just a safety measure.
I went to the Brrgh and there were these two toons that I helped with a 5 story Law. None of them had toon-up. One of them lied about not having it. I almost got greened. I lured two cogs, and then one toon attacked one and then they hit the other; I lost a lot of health during those three floors; I wasted some of my maxed gags.

I said undecided because sometimes I judge. I remember when I friended this girl because we were both soundless and I asked if she wanted to vp with me and she said sure but I've never done it before and she had 84 laff and almost all maxed gags. I thought that was a little strange but then I thought oh well its just a vp... but then when it got to the pie round, I was with a lot of noobs and she was one of them and no one knew what they were doing including her so I was stuck stunning alone and I had to keep going back to toon everyone up.... It was very annoying...

I don't care what your suit is as long as you have decent gags (all above level 4 at least or a couple maxed ones). However, I also don't like inviting beggars and people who are rude to the bigger toons, and those happen to be a lot of smaller suits.

    Precisely
Cold Callers - Movers usually don't know what they're doing in the pie round, yet I've been able to stun since name dropper.

I judge by all Laff, Gags, and Suit. Gags can show strength, and Suit level can sometimes determine skill and experience.
There was a video of a 97 Laff Cold Caller not knowing how to do the VP Pie Round, since that Toon was losing so many Laff Points, can couldn't dodge. I'm not saying all Low Suits are bad, I'm saying sometimes they could be. The 97 Laff Toon also had bad Gags, such as Level 3 Trap, and Level 4 Drop.
So if it's a Toon with Bad Gags based on their Laff, (For example: 90 Laff, Maxed Throw, Level 5 Squirt and Sound, Rest Level 4), and also a Low leveled Suit, (Level 3 Telemarketer), then that Toon may not have a lot of Gag Strategy based on their Laff. If it was a 60 Laffer with (Maxed Sound, Throw & Squirt, Level 5 Lure and Toon-up; Glad Hander Level 5), they could have some strategy if you compare to the 90 Laff Toon.

So overall, I'm saying I judge Laff, Gags based on Laff, and Suit combined...

  12. I judge based on gags. If they have a low suit but maxed tracks, at least you can tell them how to use them.
They also have no excuse to train
And if they're unreasonable then you don't take them again.

    but think about it.
I've seen 100 laffers who can't stun the vp which is very depressing.

which is why I refuse to stun if they start being rude to me, since I can stun very well.

I did a VP with a 102 Laff Mover & Shaker. She started from 78 Laff points, and couldn't dodge Gears at all. She died......

You remember Atta Bea Training, my toon that maxed sell? I was gathering SOS, not shopping, and I didn't restock my tu. I restocked my gags to the max. Having max lure, sound, throw, and squirt. I thought it'd be ridiculous to bring my lvl 3 tu. Plus, if it's done well then you only get hit once or twice. 20+ is definitely fine and 11+ is alright but glitchquake later chances

Unless lag hits frame wise it's still depressing imo
