Hi! Let me start off by saying I am new to Windows 10 (Windows in general), so I may be doing something wrong on my end. I have a Microsoft Surface Book with Core i5, 8GB RAM, and the performance base with Nvidia graphics running Windows 10. I have done everything the website FAQ suggested as to why my game won't launch, but still getting nowhere. When my launcher opens it begins downloading files, seemingly normally, but once it gets one file downloaded it enters a loop of downloading the same file, and never reaching 100% before restarting, eventually just turning into a blank screen as if the files have finished downloading, and then when I login I get a fatal error with a crash.txt. I will post the crash file below, but I am really stumped and have no idea what to do. This was my favorite game when I was a child and I really would love to play it again. Thank you all!
