When I open the Toontown Rewritten application, even in an administrator account, the login window does not show. However, the cog invasion notifications still pop up and direct me to the cog invasion window when they are clicked on.

Ever since the problem first arose a couple of months ago, I have tried "hiding" all TTR windows and then "showing" them but no windows were ever shown when I did this. I have also tried tampering with the Security & Privacy settings found in System Preferences and allowed the Toontown Rewritten application to "allow incoming connections" from the firewall but the Toontown Rewritten login window still does not show when I open the application. I have installed and uninstalled Toontown Rewritten a number of times but I still get the same results.

    Additional Information:
    - Yosemite OS
    - Limited startup disc space
    - 10 gbs available
    - No detected viruses (scanned)

EDIT: I just updated to El Capitan OS, but I still get the same problems.
