    Nah there's been ghosting issues on the districts, in which the district doesn't take off the toon from the count whenever they log out.

  Someone left on our side during a CJ and afterwards the cogs only came out 2 at a time. One toon said it was an update. I hope not.

    right after the 2.0 update, if someone left or crashed on one side, it would make that side finish prematurely and the other side would get the rest of the cogs. now it seems like only 2 or so cogs will come out at a time.

    Yeah toonhq is pretty much the only way you'll get a random group for lawbot and bossbot since they're not nearly as popular as cashbot and sellbot. I found lawbot relatively smooth compared to the other cog hqs in regards to the people who do lawbot since most of them are pleasant to play with.
