  OK, quick math,a Squirt Gun at max damage does 12 damage, the organic bonus makes it 13, Lvl 3 Cogs have 20 HP..

    So if you Lure a Lvl 3 Cog, it takes more damage, if you use an org Squirt Gun, it's 13 damage plus an additional 7, so if Lvl 3 Cogs have 20 HP, how come they don't die when I use an org Squirt Gun when they're lured?

    The actual damage to the cog isn't rounded up. While it may display that the cog gets 20 damage, in reality the level 3 cog is hit 19.5 damage, so it will have 0.5 hp left and won't get destroyed.
