    sound is completely unchanged, and 12s hp is reduced to at least 187. ugly fact but it still remains that you can still sound your way through 90% of the game. i think the balance changes are a step in the right direction but i don't understand the community uproar over it, when most of the base game is still the same.

    I was part of the three they mentioned banned, but yeah.
    I don't rlly blame atmo either- both of the team members (for atmo) I spoke with were genuinely surprised ki would ban for it. Gotta give em respect for using their platform to let ppl know what ki is doing isn't okay.

    very old email it was attached to was very old and got compromised, led to someone posting a lot of crypto scams on it. got everything back but it's just like yikes, was a few vids i had unlisted that i wish i downloaded rn.

    Ah. The same thing happened to me in June with an old Etsy account but thankfully no personal info of mine was compromised besides the login stuff and I promptly deleted the account. Glad you got everything back. :)

  Love to see it, one little pirate101 update and the latest press conference showed revenue grow th compared to last year and its been consistently higher. Apparently they're gonna put more resources onto that game and want to make it available internationally like wizard101 is

    I'm still a bit mad the story got botched so I'd rather see the last bit reworked before a new world is introduced (also more companions that's my favorite part of the game)

    I think they said at some point they'd rather just continue/make a new story rather than go and fix the ending (which imo, the lowest effort ending would to be just to say the crystals at the end showing the pirates parents spirits weren't real, which fixes my personal issue of "no el dorado")

    krok in summer/fall of 2022 is becoming more of a possibility from what i'm hearing
    in any case this game is looking more hopeful than it did in 2017-2020 so that's always good - the new quest /boss they added did play off like it was a prequest too.

    Haven't reached the new stuff yet tbh, I have a privateer in cool ranch but I stopped playing as much due to school/work and me taking it slow so I wouldn't get to the end before an update. Guess I can go my own pace now tho

    yep. we've finally entered it being in the realm of possibilities (i'm still doubtful but obviously open to updates) which would be nice, but i'd also be very open to them trying to potentially revamp poorly designed systems (pets in pirate) as well at this point, pet making is so awful in pirate.

    Low-key it would probably take pirate a long time to dish out a new book-sized update even if they immediately set to work on it, so we won't even know if they plan to revive it for a while.
    
    I'm just hoping they work on a feature revamp like you said or a new side activity just to kinda signal "hey we care about this game"

    And today the company apparently talked about maybe making a mobile/console port of the games, scrapping all the mobile games that low-key killed pirate's development, and put more emphasis on pirate101 in their post so things are looking brighter than expected :o
