The best way to train drop is to train with someone who has max drop in buildings, and have another toon use a weak squirt like the squirting flower to stun the cog so it will maximize the chances of drop hitting. It's best for the max toon to use flower pot so it will potentially allow for more hits with drop for more xp for the toon training drop.
Even if you can't find someone with max drop, at least having another toon to squirt the cog or use another gag to stun the cog will help increase your chances of drop hitting the cog.
Adorkable Mousie got it except for one thing. The coding works to where the higher level cog, the less accurate your gag is on that cog. So train drop on the lowest level cog possible while still gaining experience.
yeah if you're working on drop without someone with max drop you'll want to train on the lowest level cog possible. If both the max toon and the training toon attack the same cog it will use the max toon's accuracy and also apply it to the training toon.
If there's a max drop toon training with the training toon with a stunner toon you can pretty much train on any cog up to level 8 with 95% accuracy, with worst case being accuracy at 75% for 12s
