LOL I know this is old, and hopefully you figured this out by now... What I said is FACT, I don't know why you disagreed. You literally have to have 100+ laff point to gain a lawbot suit
I know this is old somewhat, but eh :\ It sounds like they simply misunderstood, but took it WAAY too far. I hope you reported them, because that was obviously rude behavior, and bringing another friend just to feel right is a low move.
If I was you, I would just have just joined in with their Toon-up party and seen what would happen. They probably wanted everybody to get to high laff before continuing the battle. If you did nothing to upset them and they just didn't TU out of the blue and waited for you to die, that would probably pass as greening. But you need to remember that some people on TTR take things very, and I mean VERY personally.
Heres a more detailed story: After I told my team to have 1 person toon the duck and have the others come hit the pan. They did so in 10 seconds. After that, the bunny told me "you are going to go sad with that attitude". Now keep in mind, this was one of my first CJs ever, so I was pretty bad at it. So right when I am down to about.. lets say 22 laff, I get hit by a hammer running for evidence. This cat, mentioned in the story above, tooned me up 1 laff point, and went to go hit the pan. Here I am, with about 3 laff points left, one hit and I'm out. A piece of evidence hits me, and then another hits me. And wah wah wah... Heres some more little details: The duck was AFK for almost the whole CJ battle Nobody tooned me up (I'm guessing the bunny told them not to ) So I don't know. Do you think I did something wrong? I really do want to know so I can not do it later on.
Yeah TTR needs to see if it is able to fix these rudeness problems. I think lots of people share your experience. me included. It's not a simple issue to fix though. Ultimately, TTR may be doing its best when it does nothing. It's the player base. Most people are in college or high school.......... and uh..... well that explains itself.
Yeah, the problem with TTR is that people don't take kindly to being bossed around. Some people take it the wrong way; some think their strategy is best, and some even just make drama out of it just because they want to be an instigator. I've found the best way to avoid scenarios like these is to not try and butt in when people are doing anything Toon-up related, such as throwing pies in the VP and throwing evidence at eachother in the CJ. People on TTR take things much more personally if it involves tooning up, because while you may think it is pure strategy (which it is) some people just find it rude, and once again, take it the wrong way. Telling people which cog to hit and when to lure etc. etc. is normally acceptable as long as you do it in a nice manner. Also, try to refrain from telling people what to do period. If what they are doing is not going to get you killed or mess the team up really bad, just don't speak up. It may be tempting to hit that enter key and tell people a strategy that would work better, but just refrain from doing so if you can help it. The only time the above can be ignored is when your fellow Toons have much lower laff and gags than you. It is 100% true that laff does not reflect how experienced a Toon is, but as long as they are in a situation where your progress in the game is superior, they will likely listen to you (probably because they know they have no chance at greening you and making you listen instead). This is what I have experienced in the game. I just follow these precautions, and people never have a problem with me. Just try not to voice your opinion if you can help it, unless with friends, because the TTR community isn't the best.
Next time, just let them toon the duck, then kindly ask "Can I have a toon-up? My laff is getting low." Hitting the pan is of course the main objective, but it takes a whole lot of time to lose.
It's impossible to not have 100+ Laff, DDL gets you up to a minimum of 100., plus Moshe is 111 in game[DOUBLEPOST=1442020725,1442020520][/DOUBLEPOST] We have bad luck with boss battles apparently... Same thing happened to me in a vp. Some guy started spamming s d no one tooned me, even at 10 Laff...
You did nothing wrong; you did everything you were supposed to do, but my question is, where was the stunner??
Well, I'm neutral in this situation. The duck may have already been in a bad mood and your play even though it wasn't bad, could've ****ed him off. I wasn't a witness so I can't have a real opinion on this...
Not really bullying in my opinion just your average greener, but a hammer also does 20 so unless you got combed I see no way one hammer would kill you, and even if you could of saved time by just clicking the red x and re logging lol
Seeing how his profile picture is Karl Marx (which should give him a warning point for political since I got warned for having Woodrow Wilson as my profile picture, lol) He must think an 15 laffer can cj because it's only fair... the communist way!
i saw the same bunnies do the same thing but allot of people comfronted them and i would say where they go when they die a place that you'll regret O_O
