I'm going to laugh so hard if disney attempts to take it down because they think it'll take profits away from "club penguin island"
Not as kid friendly as I would have hoped, but it seems way better then CPPS. Finally was able to go on, but of course it doesn't work as well for me since internet problems. Still a lot of bugs, but I'm glad that it's finally out. Also, the person (I'm assuming it was a kid) who was assuring everyone that things would be fixed wasn't even a staff member. Says so on their account. Didn't mean to sound so dang grouchy though lol, school's been stressing me out but I got everything handled.[DOUBLEPOST=1492810695,1492800242][/DOUBLEPOST] I'd also like to add this because I realize now that I sounded super salty. I get that running something big like TTR or CP Rewritten is hard, especially since I don't know the first thing about coding. I was more trying to express my anger towards the hackers and not the developers. It was just frustrating that it kept getting pushed back. Plus I will admit that I was nearly choking on stress at the time and wanted something to relax, and seeing how TTR at the time was just annoying because it felt like I wasn't making any progress, I just really wanted a piece of my childhood back. I have calmed down though, and for once in my life I'm going outside because I want to. Everyone on the forums has been really nice to me, even if I'm grouchy or don't know what I'm talking about. Thanks for putting up with a salty blue mouse.
Revived disney games that go on greenlight (like another tt server i believe) are games that can make or break these games, regardless if they make money or not.
Tbh looks like a lot of the players from.the original club penguin are shifting to CPR because some of them don't like island when I read an article from a editor who plays games and played club penguin when it first came out till it closed he expressed that he solely didn't like island because it didn't felt the same as towards club penguin that he grew up with
I actually hopped on this recently. Just to live back some memories I had on it. 2009-2010 era. Good times...

Good news! On April 4th, CP Rewritten announced it will return with the original database (i.e all the accounts that were made before it shutdown). I am excited!
That's great! I am as well, not sure why they closed in the first place, but it's good that it's back .
I heard the reason was that the owner could not handle to manage a game that big, but the game returned due to the support and the recent funding/donations.
I don't like Club Penguin. It seems too easy, you know, a game for very young kids (yeah I know TT too but it is more complex (strategy, cooperation...)). I had an account on it, but I don't understand the goal of this game... Also, I think I dislike it as Disney shut down TTO because of Club Penguin. I didn't know they had released a Rewritten one, lol.
