Hey guys! I've only done like 2 or 3 DA offices, but I still don't understand the puzzles. Here are the 4 puzzles on the Wikipedia website: 1. Skull finder: This one I totally understand. It's just like the game mind-sweeper. I was able to get it right my first try. 2. Avoid the skulls: Apparently this one you have to avoid the skulls, but there doesn't seem to be a pattern or anything. Anyone have suggestions on how to beat this puzzle? 3. The matching one: It makes sense, but what happens if you wanna pick up the green light but you are already carrying the blue light? Also, what are those X's? 4. The get everything to the same color one: I've never encountered this one, but it seems simple enough. Basically, I need help on how to beat the puzzles. Anyone have any words of advice? Thanks!
I'm not 100% sure on this, but... 2. Each space on the grid has 3 states: empty, square, and skull. Every couple seconds, every empty space becomes a square, every square becomes a skull, and every skull becomes empty. Reach the other side without stepping on any skulls. 3. If you are carrying one color light and step onto another, you drop the one you are carrying and pick up the new one. I think. The X's are just the red color of these, like the blue diamonds. 4. Stepping onto a space switches its color. In case I'm wrong, here's something I am sure is right, if a little aggressively worded:
Match them all either green triangles or red squares. It doesn't matter which color it's done. Color match is self explanatory. It's impossible to fail. The red squares on avoid the skulls means that square will soon turn into a skull. Always clear the first row of skull finder. As the first row never has skulls and can give you some indication.
Havent done a DA office for 4 years, so... How do you know where the skulls are? Where are you not allowed to step on??
For skull finder, play the game mindsweeper, or at least look it up. This game is exactly like skull finder except the game is waaaay harder. P.S. I'm not 100% sure the game is even called mindsweeper. It's a really old game.
