Please note that this will be a lengthy post. Previously on the post over here, I listed some possible events that could take place during the Forum Fun Day. To reiterate, I'm going to list the events once more and also give a detailed description of each event below divided into their appropriate categories.

Events (not in any particular order):

    • Opening Ceremony - At the opening ceremony, a quick summary Fun Day's events will be reiterated for everyone in-game. During this time, teams of 3-5 toons will be established for the rest of the Fun Day by selective choice, by organizers' assignment or by lottery. Referees will be introduced and assigned during this period as well. During this time, all toons who aren't registered for the Fun Day as yet will be registered for the events (however, registration for the Fun Day can be also done over the Forums). Also, the rules of this event will be restated briefly as well. A quick speech by one of the organizers will be done. After this, the players will be dismissed and the day's proceeding will commence officially.
    • Closing Ceremony - At the closing ceremony, the Fun Day's events will be concluded and one of the organizers can give a brief closing statement. Any toon is welcome to share any thoughts that they had of the day as well.

    Boss Events:-

    • Boss Marathon - This event will consist of fighting all four bosses (VP, CFO, CJ, CEO) in a particular time frame. During the boss marathon, each boss will be done either 1-2 times throughout the Fun Day. Mostly likely the maximum amount of time that a boss can be completed during the Fun Day will be twice to accommodate for the other events.
    • Facility Marathon - This event will consist of shutting down all four cog facilities (factory, mints, DA Offices and Cog Golf Courses) and decreasing cog production! The time slot for these events will most likely be charted in between the boss run times.
    • Boss Challenge - This event is an epic showdown of all four bosses. Toons will be asked to do a difficult task for the sake of all toonkind. However, the details of this event are top secret until the Fun Day.

    Forum Tournament [] :-

    • Golfing (Toontown Open 2016) []- This event will comprise of an easy and medium (possibly hard depending on the time) tournament. Same golfing rules apply in game. This tournament have a bracket-styled structure in which the best player from each game will move up until there is a final golfing showdown. Players are requested to convey their scores after their golfing match. The top 5-10 winners will win the tournament and be given the appropriate Forum Event Points coinciding with their placement.
    • Forum Prix (Racing) []- This event will comprise of races across all three venues. Players who are low on tickets are asked to participate in the practice races. These races will use a bracket-styled structure in which the best player from each game will move up until there is a final race. Players are requested to convey their scores after their racing match. The top 5-10 winners will win the tournament and be given the appropriate Forum Event Points coinciding with their placement.
    • Individual Racing Competition [?] - This event will comprise of races across a particular track for each of the three locations. Players who are low on tickets are asked to participate in the practice races. Players are requested to convey their placings after their racing match. The top 5-10 winners will win the tournament and be given the appropriate Forum Event Points coinciding with their placement.
    • Trolley Competition []- This event will comprise of trolley games. A referee will be asked to hop on the trolley alongside three other toons and tally everyone's jellybean count, besides their own after 3-4 consecutive games. He/she will then inform the organizers of name of the toon that won the most jellybeans on the trolley. He/she will then go to any other participants waiting and continue the process. These trolley games will use a bracket-styled structure in which the best player from each game will move up until there is a final game. The top 5-10 winners will win the tournament and be given the appropriate Forum Event Points coinciding with their placement.
    • Fishing Event []- This event is basically a fishing race. Four players will fish as many buckets as they can within 5 minutes. A referee will be there counting the amount of times that a player got a full bucket. Two other referees will also be present in order to monitor the fishing casts of the players in order to avoid any foul play. The fishing event will use a bracket-styled structure in which the best player from each game will move up until there is a final game. The top 5-10 winners will win the tournament and be given the appropriate Forum Event Points coinciding with their placement. Despite this, this event can be easily exploited and may not be on the official Fun Day schedule.
    • Table Games Tournament (Find Four, Checkers) []- This event is basically a combination of two (or all three) table game activities. The tournament will utilize the same structure mentioned above. Chinese Checkers will need to be reassessed if they are allowed as an event in the tournament. One referee will spectate each table game. This event will use the same structure mentioned above. It will be divided into 2* categories, Four Five and Checkers (possibly Chinese Checkers).
    • Organizers/Referees Event [?]- CLASSIFIED

    Novelty Events:-

    • Speedy Dodge - The player will take to Cashbot HQ to undertake a variety of obstacles. On the day, one of the organizers will summon a Micromanager invasion. The toons will have to avoid the Micromanagers by at least jumping over 5 of them and running past all 3 train tracks without waiting for the train. If a toon encounters a Micromanager or gets run over by a train, they lose. If they can get past all of the Micromanagers and past the train tracks, they will win. Thus, for this event, timing is essential.
    • Waterway Race - The player will have to race from one end of the stream on the estate or in Chip and Dales (preferably Chip and Dales) to the other end of the stream without coming out of the water or seemingly touching a large part of the grass. The player will be timed on how fast they can swim to the other end.
    • Facility Race [?]- This event will most likely take place at the Sellbot HQ Factory. This is to ensure that everyone is given a fair chance of winning. Players will create boarding groups of 4 and race other groups into the factory. The group of four that completes the factory first will win.
    • Forum Game Show [?]- This event will use the same structure as other game shows. Depending on how large the group is, there will be multiple game shows with the winners competing in a final showdown or just one large game show. If you are unsure how game shows work, please go to the game show guide here. (Please look in the comments for omitted information)
    • Forum Fashion Show [?]- This event will use the same structure as other fashion shows. Depending on how large the group is, there will be multiple fashion shows with the winners competing in a final showdown or simply one large fashion show.
    • Building Takeover - The player, along with their team, will head to the streets. Two or three teams will battle to see who can clear the most floors (not buildings) before time runs out. The team that defeats the most floors will win.
    • Obstacle Dodge/Race - The player will have to dodge certain objects within a certain time frame. If they bump into any obstacles or fail to complete a certain portion of the race, they will lose. If they don't bump into any obstacles and complete the race, they will win. The player(s) with the best time will win. The location and details of this are top secret for now.

Forum Party - An event after the other activities of the day. It is a chance for the forum members to unwind, relax, chat and have fun! The Forum Party includes:

    1. Award & Recognition Ceremony (will extend to the Forums, not limited to the Fun Day's events) - This is where players will be awarded for their performance in, not only the Fun Day's events, but also for their performance on TTR Forums (Think of it as a possible lead-up to something).
    2. Forum Bean Fest - After the activities of the Fun Day, there will be a bean fest to commemorate all participants and winners for showing up and participating in the TTR Forum Fun Day.
    3. Forum Prank - We shall be pranking a certain referee/organizer for the event so get your gags and pranks ready!
    4. Forum Craze - We will head to the most populated district at that time where people gather, and do whatever! It'll be a trend to end of the Fun Day so think about it carefully!

    Miscellaneous:

What structure will the Forum Fun Day use for events?
We will be using a bracket-styled structure. Events that carry a bracket structure will have a
"[]" symbol in the title. Events that MAY use the bracket structure will have a "[?]" symbol in the title. A bracket or tournament bracket is a tree diagram that represents the series of games played during a knockout tournament. It will look like this or this for the Forum Fun Day. Thus, we will be using a single elimination bracket or a multiple elimination bracket if necessary.

What are Forum Event Points (F.E.P.)?
Forum Event Points are the points awarded during/after each successfully completed event in order to determine winners and allow the Award Ceremony to process smoothly. Points allocation will depend on placing. The winning points presented are for first place winners. The distribution of points are as follows:

    1. Forum Tournament - Winning: 40 points, Participation: 10 points.
    2. Boss Marathon & Facility Marathon - Participation: 10 points
    3. Boss Challenge - Winning: 25 points, Participation: 10 points
    4. Novelty Events - Winning: 35 points, Participation: 10 points
Forum Event Points also account for the Team Point Count which will determine which teams were the best for the Forum Fun Day.

Thank you for your time! Don't be afraid to comment below or PM me with any ideas/suggestions/revisions/concerns.

Why are forum event points abbreviated to FES and not FEP?

Something you should keep in mind, some people (like me) have problems with the urban area for racing. We time out and crash whenever we try to go on. So could there be a separate individual race category? (But still keep Forums Prix for those who can.)

Oops, I forgot that was still an issue. I'll revise the structure for racing and include that. Thanks for letting me know! :p

You are welcome to come and go as you please. :) I won't be attending every event Saturday but that's why @Wizard Bear made the schedule so flexible.
