    You have to be active, mature (and toony!), follow all rules, and some optional criteria is being creative as such.

    What's it like to be in the cast? Are there any requirements when you're a cast member (besides activeness and tooniness) And are there certain things that you would have to do when you're a cast member?

    Yep countless hours of moderation and annihilating all those annoying spam bots

    Apart from that it's no different from a typical forum user, we're just like you really, we don't see ourselves better than you, we just get the job of making the place better for everyone here ^^
