Is Polar Place Supposed to Be An Extension of DDL?

    Think of it : Donald's Dreamland has only 2 streets.
    Cogs on the other streets of the brrgh are level 5-8. DDL cogs are 6-9, which is all you see on polar place.
    Practically all of the buildings are 5 stories.
    Lawbot HQ is around the same level as Cashbot HQ.

    Is polar place supposed to be an extension of Donald's Dreamland? What do you think?

    I voted for yes; It leads to Lawbot HQ, which can be a difficult place for some toons, if the toon doesn't have bday cake or storm cloud to fight the level 8-9 cogs.
