If I asked you what @Blue Bear 's first ever job was, would you know the answer? I'm assuming no, but if you do then congratulations. If you don't, then don't fret- you will soon with this new idea being implemented by me! In case that introduction hasn't been clear, I've noticed sometimes cast members can seem so distant and unrelatable. One thing I find important as a cast member is connecting with fellow forumers so they'll be comfortable talking about any issues they have with either the forum or users in it that are troubling them, ultimately making it more enjoyable for them in the future. I just thought this would be a nice little gateway into giving you talking points you may not have had an opportunity to ever ask them. "When will the interviews come out?" You ask? "SHH!" I say! I don't have release dates planned out, so whenever it is convenient I'll release one. "Why should we care?" You ask(I'm looking at you, @Catcat )? "Because," I say, "At the end of the interview, the one being interviewed will be encouraged to check out the thread that will be posted and you will have the opportunity to follow up on anything that interested you, or ask something as well! You could very well make a new friend from this, you never know. Still have questions about this? Feel free to ask them! I don't bite, I just do a sassy snap in your direction.
This sounds like a great idea, but of course it should be on the moderator's part as well if they want to be active in the community. It just seems a good amount of them don't really try to connect with the community all that much but yeah just my observation ;-;
I said I stress communication as important, never said everyone does Of course it's a 2-way street which is partially the point of all this ;-; Basically I'll just ask a cast member some questions and they answer them, anything from forum-related behind the scenes stuff to personal preference questions like "what's your favorite color" or "favorite sport" or anything like that Then when it's all done I post it as a thread and anyone can ask their own questions or go like "OMG I LOVE THIS SPORT TOO" and maybe connect more
