It's evidence not pie. Aim at the scale closest to the toon jury and watch out for gavels and the cogs (the lawyers) on the other side throwing evidence across the floor.
You can get a sub 2 minute scale round with ease Have 3 people who know how to use the cannons use them, 1 will get the bottom row, the second gets 5, and the third gets the other. They will be the main panning Have 2 decent stunners, and rest pan. Since Cannon decides how much bonus weight you can get, that's why it's faster when you get a full house rather than half house (props to The Doctor for showing me this)
