A while back there was a toon named "Medic", 25 laff with maxed TU iirc and really low level Throw and Squirt gags. Saw him in the vp lobby occasionally

 

had to do a double take on this guy
im always checking toons' gags, just as a habit and to see who i'm grouping with. everyone should play at their own pace but i try to avoid anyone with over 100 laff who hasn't maxed most of their tracks lol

I mean seriously, how could someone get 135 laff without maxxing at least throw?

 

Friends. it's the only way a reverse uber can get into a group.

 

I'm always seeing people with 100+ laff that still havent maxxed their gags who have an average of level 4 everything.. Also a bunch of 70-80 laffers with level 4 gags. I think this has been happening more and more bc the TTR staff team enforces carrying so people don't train their gags they just have high toons carry them. ( I don't mean reverse ubers )

 

I've see a bunny she is like a 36 laffer, and she has maxed her throw, but level 1 squirt and level 3 lure.
