Have to agree on what has been said about moderation. If you're considering it or have applied already, you have to remember that it isn't a walk in the park. Not only is it important to maintain a good relationship with your team members, but you also need a huge backbone to be able to do stuff. Making decisions on your own and taking initiative is a huge step in moderation.
Being admin on a handful of sites and working as a freelance dev for a couple games has seriously shown me this. It isn't pretty. Not everyone will like you, and you're bound to have people who will try to take advantage of you. HOWEVER, it's extremely rewarding in the sense of 'hey, I'm making an effort and I'm helping a greater cause.'
Good luck to all who applied for ANY position! I look forward to meeting the new team members when they're chosen!

Good luck to everyone who applies! :)

I agree with what several people here have already stated. While working on a team is definitely a lot of fun, there will be times where it won't be easy but you will still be required to fulfill your duties. I good question to honestly ask yourself is, are you applying for perks, or are you applying to help make Toontown a better place.

By the way, art team is the best team, so come join the fun.

How extensive does ones programming knowledge need to be for Web or Game Development position, I made a moderator app but was wondering if I would also fit the criteria for a backup developer on either web or game? Thanks
