There used to be a page back when the Halloween 2016 update was released. The page is now taken down. It is very interesting tho. It used to be a letter from the VP (???). I cannot recall what was on the letter because like i said, the page is down and there are no archives. So i think it became irrelevant now. Altho i remember that the title on the tab was ??? and the link was ttoffline(dot)com/towntakedown.
