By the way, we know some of you toons may not know your way around Twitter just yet.

For those who may not know, Twitter is an online social networking service that enables users to send, receive and read messages called tweets from people worldwide! We intend to use it to reach out more to everyone here, to post some important updates for the Forums in the future and to generally have fun.

From what I can see, fate seems to, or is going to play a huge role in the future for this storyline. As @Kmancool3315 has stated, it could be that multiple people are talking at the same time during this message. I'm not sure who exactly it is though.

The sentence "You have been warned" is written in red. I'm wondering if the colors can represent the mood of the speaker. Maybe the person who said the final sentence was in a more hostile mood.

Anyway, my theory is that something is going to happen this summer. Fate is probably intertwined with the storyline to a large extent and the person/people who are speaking has probably experienced what is going to happen or have received visions(?) on what may happen. Doctor Surlee seems to be caught up in this storyline as well since the TTRF staff 'borrowed' his computer. I'm wondering if the message was for the staff and everyone or for Surlee exclusively. Maybe the TTR storyline might be integrated with this one. I'm not sure on that. Somehow I feel like this message is a bit distorted. And no, not because of the cipher. I feel like there's something misleading with the person/people who gave the message and the message itself. Maybe I'm just overthinking things though.
