Toontown Central - Boring but easy and fast. Donald's Dock - Easy. Daisy Gardens - Gets a little hard here. Short and important playground. Minnie's Melodyland - I don't really care for MML that much. The Brrrgh - Randomly throws the hardest tasks at you. Donald's Dreamland - My favorite playground in general and task-wise.
I love donald's dreamland just because it's a relaxation after lom and it's easy laff boosts with just the defeat 200 cogs 100 cog tasks
Toontown Central = nice and easy but some are a bit tedious *cough cough* professor wiggles! Donald's Dock = don't remember much but it did get me to train gags. Daisy's Garden = introduces you to the first cog HQ - enjoying the SBHQ tasks. Minnie's MelodyLand = HATE IT HATE IT!!! Stupid endless streets, travelling to opposite ends - but did get you training for LV 5 throw The Brrgh = WHERE DID THESE TASKS COME FROM! LOM WHY! but it did get you training gags and learn teamwork. DONALD'S DREAMLAND! - THE BEST! specifically after set 1 i.e getting your cashbot, lawbot and bossbot suits - the BEST toontasks which I can do any time with other toons and in general my favourite type of toontasks; 1000 cogs anywhere? no prob, 300 cashbots anywhere? EASY! I LOVE these toontasks and it's been my favourite at all times
TOONTOWN CENTRAL: Nice and easy getting you used to toontown, but the tasks are boring DONALDS DOCK: Pathetically easy... DAISY'S GARDEN: Introduces you to the first boss, and gets you to get used to factories and getting your factories done MINNIES MEDOLYLAND: TOTALY USELESS. ENDLESS STREETS, ANNOYING TASKS, TOTALLY POINTLESS. THE BRRGH: I think toontown were BORED while they were making tasks for this. Though oldman helped you train gags. DONALDS DREAMLAND! THE BEST! I loved getting defeat any cogs, anywhere, so i could do what i wanted!
DDL for the win. I'd say I hate MML the most because it looks as though someone barfed pink all over it, and yes, the tasks are completely pointless.
TTC : Nice intro to the game... not much else lol DDOCK : Huge jump in cog levels here, 1-3 goes to 2-6... why? Nice and fun doing buildings for the first time though. DG : This was fun! Doing the factory was nice, I just hated the key though MML : Unlike most people, I didnt mind this playground. Not my fav though. Brrrgh : Mixed feelings. Some were hard, but I dont get bored easily. DDL : Like most people, this is my favorite playground. Set one was... well... not my favorite, Set two I liked quite a bit, but Set three was so much fun!
TTC: Perfect tasks for that lvl. Not too hard and gets you to understand how the game works. DDock: Basically version 2 of TTC. You get introduced to bldgs and gag combos DG: Probably most visited playground (BC of VP) and task wise it was nice. MML: very boring tasks, just run around to different shopkeepers the whole time TB: WHAT IN THE WORLD? WHAT KIND OF PERSON WANTS 6 CAVIARS FROM A HOLLYWOOD ANYWAY? DDL: love it
TTC: Ez skinz ez lyfe. So boring, though. Don Dock: I love this playground! It really got me into the game after the boringness of TTC. Daisy's Garden: It's a fun playground, I don't much care for the mingler/eagle tasks. MML: I actually don't mind this playground so much, but it's not the greatest one. I'd rather be in the Brrgh. Brrgh: Tasks get hard, but nothing some dedication can't get you through. DDL: Obvious opinion is obvious. The best one for everything, really!
TTC - Worst playground ever because all the gags have low accuracy and all the tasks are so remedial. DD - You know how they have V2.0 cogs? Well, DD is TTC's V2.o. DG - I'd enjoy this more if it wasn't for that factory task. MML - Too much running, not enough rewards. Brrrgh - LOVE LOVE LOVE! DDL - I love this one as well, but not as much as the Brrrgh.
TTC: So repetitive... ugh... DD: Easy, but hard at once (for new toons) - LOVE IT DG: gets harder, but it's really short MML: NO. MORE. RUNNING. PLEASE! TB: I expected it to be harder, but still... you know who is really annoying DDL: toontasks are so long and hard to do here
TTC - A nice start for new toons. DD - Pretty fun, I have some good memories here with an old toon I made back in 2008. DG - Story wise exciting, especially with Sellbot HQ! MML - A tuney, nice place...although a bit exhausting. BRRG - Two scary words: "Lil' Oldman" DDL - Very difficult but the challenge is always rewarding by the end of the day. ^^
My opinions are based on now, when I've been playing as a 105 laff and now starting a new toon, so TTC - A bit hard to get started, really easy in the eyes of a 100 laff but a bit challenging for a 16 laff. A bit boring, really. DD - Nice, short streets, and the tasks start to get into the difficulty I like. DG - A nice place to get up to higher laff, also nice short streets. In my opinion this is the playground that really gets you going, after DD, and introduces you to Sellbot Headquarters, which is probably my second favorite HQ. MML - *Points up to other posts* Long streets, too pink, too empty, too boring. TB - A pretty nice playground, but Lil. Oldman. Needs. To. Be. Shorter. It's a nice training experience and completing it proves you belong in DDL, but it's so long and repetitive that it makes you want to stop working on it, thus you never progress. DDL - Where all of the interesting stuff happens! You're where only toons who're in the Brrrgh or up go, so there are no pushy and annoying low toons like you might find in DG.
Like others have said, DDL is where the game gets interesting. It's when you start taking on the tough cogs in the mints, DA offices, etc. You're also motivated because you know you're a strong toon in the endgame, and you know you are so close to becoming free from the grind of having to do toontasks so you can focus on your gags and suits and being able to do whatever you want. Also, I like DDL because you get so many laff boosts. You literally go from low 70's to 100+. The worst playground for me is a tie between DG and Brrrgh - DG has that awful key task, and getting it is such a pain due to your low laff. Brrrgh, well, I think everyone knows why I dislike the place.
TTC: So, so, so boring. I would like to start a new toon but I typically give up here because I am not motivated in the playground. Donald's Dock: Very quick and easy. Nothing super important about it. Daisy Gardens: I like this one. The design is lovely and the tasks seem more appropriate for your skill level. Minnie's Melodyland: As others have noted, kind of gives you a headache from all the pink and music. Also, a lot of the tasks are boring and tedious. I don't loathe it though. The Brrrgh: I honestly didn't mind this playground. Personally, I think the first task from Lil Oldman is worse than the last because you're not really prepared for the high level cogs and buildings he assigns you to defeat. As for the infamous final, I found the recovery tasks more difficult and frustrating than the buildings, which were easy once I found friends to help. It's not my favorite task, but it helps with gag training and new friends. Donald's Dreamland: Like others said, I loved it. Very relaxing and the tasks, though not always easy, are not unreasonable. Your gags at this point are usually decent and you shouldn't have much of a problem with the tasks.
TTC - Pretty much just grinding to better areas, nice atmosphere though DD - Don't remember much from this, was quick though, had a nice look, and introduced you to the games future difficulty DG - One of my favorite playgrounds, got a lot done, calm atmosphere, introduced to factory MML - Just horrible to be honest, long streets [7], overwhelming annoying pack atmosphere TB - Streets are nice and short, tasks feel like a huge increase i difficulty, just had to grind some gags up before delving into this. DDL - Tasks are pretty standard, it's a nice dark atmosphere, and the buildings here feel the most balanced
TTC - Brings back the old vibes. Lot's of toons who can't use proper english and instead use "squeakity, quackity, or mew". Joyous atmosphere, enjoyable DD - Eh it's cool DG - Personally my favorite, love the calm music and the streets. Great introduction to Sellbot HQ, WHICH ALSO DRIVES SO MANY UNQUALIFIED TOONS TO THE VP. ehem. But love the tasks as well. Very memorable experiences with friends. MML - Meh. Nothing special about this playground. TB - Cool street music. Tasks are getting a bit "ugh". Definitely fires you up for DDL! DDL - I don't really like the dark atmosphere. It's like we've been doing all these tasks, and our lives are becoming more and more cloudy. Heck, we might even become cog-like ourselves. The tasks are ridiculous, save a few. Geez 800 cogs? At least I did 500, 600, 700, and 800 in one fell swoop.
