Why does nobody take Lil Oldman's tasks as a good source for training?

I mean for me personally, I like to train when I'm not bound by toontask to do it, if that makes sense. And sure, it's good for training and all and a nice wakeup call for new players who have lower level gags, but when you've been playing for over thirteen years; going on a Toontown server and seeing that task for the millionth time can be annoying, especially if you've trained your gags beforehand and don't need the XP anymore.
